GENERATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

By registering as a sponsor and/or reserving booth space for the Summer Slam Session 2026 (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Sponsorship & Payment Terms

I understand that sponsorship levels range from $250 to $750, depending on the selected tier (Community Partner, Supporting Partner, or Impact Partner).

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure sponsorship benefits and/or booth placement.

Booth locations and sponsorship benefits are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and in accordance with the selected sponsorship tier.

All payments are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by Generational Opportunities.

 

Booth Operations & Conduct

I agree to operate my booth in a professional, family-friendly manner consistent with the mission of Generational Opportunities and the values of the Event.

I understand and agree that:

• Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and controlled substances are strictly prohibited on event premises.

• Possession, consumption, or distribution of prohibited substances will result in immediate removal from the premises.

• Violations may result in disqualification from the Event without refund.

• Generational Opportunities reserves the right to remove any sponsor, vendor, or representative whose behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Event standards.

 

Compliance & Safety

I agree to comply with all city regulations, venue rules, and event staff instructions.

I am responsible for the conduct of all representatives affiliated with my booth or sponsorship.

I understand that Generational Opportunities is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to property brought to the Event.

 

Assumption of Risk & Release

I acknowledge that participation in a public outdoor event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment hazards, crowd activity, and physical injury.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and hereby release and hold harmless Generational Opportunities, its directors, officers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, the City of Thornton, and affiliated entities from any claims arising out of participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Media Release

I grant permission for Generational Opportunities to photograph or record booth operations, sponsor branding, and related activities during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

 

By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Sponsor & Booth Participation Agreement.
