Founded in Thornton, Colorado, Generational Opportunities began with a simple yet powerful mission: to uplift youth and strengthen communities by creating pathways to long-term success. What started as a local vision has grown into a movement dedicated to empowering individuals locally and globally through education, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities.

Brandon Barrientos-Cordova
President | Executive Director,
Brandon Barrientos-Cordova is a man of faith, a proud father, a respected community leader, keynote speaker, youth mentor, and President of Generational Opportunities—a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through compassion, leadership development, and opportunity. Raised in Thornton, Colorado, Brandon’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in the community that shaped him.
Spending much of his youth at the Thornton Community Center, Brandon found both a supportive environment and a foundation for personal and professional growth. Today, he continues to train there as a bodybuilder, lead Thornton’s Youth Council, and mentor young people—giving back to the very place that helped raise him.
Brandon is not just a leader—he is a living testimony. Having personally overcome challenges throughout his upbringing, he understands the pain, struggles, and obstacles that many youth face. Through faith, discipline, and a deep sense of purpose, Brandon found healing—and now dedicates his life to helping others do the same.
In his full-time role with Denver Public Schools, Brandon serves on Colorado’s Youth Violence Prevention team. He works directly with youth affected by gang involvement and other high-risk situations, providing mentorship and critical resources that support healing and transformation. His work bridges the gap between social integration and personal liberation—placing trust, mentorship, and community at the core of every interaction.
Brandon also serves on the Thornton Visionary Committee Board and holds a leadership role with the City of Thornton, where he facilitates weight room orientations at the Thornton Community Center. Through this work, he promotes fitness and mental wellness among teens, teaching strength training as a tool for building discipline, self-esteem, and resilience.
As a Tried N True athlete with over 17 years of bodybuilding experience, Brandon aspires to compete professionally and uses his journey as a tool to motivate others. He has coached youth football teams and frequently delivers keynote speeches that empower young people to rise above adversity and reach their full potential.
Outside of his professional and volunteer efforts, Brandon enjoys reading, yoga, meditation, fishing, chess, and trying new foods from diverse cultures. He consistently uses his platform and passions to spread love, light, and lasting inspiration.
Through visionary leadership, authentic mentorship, and unwavering devotion to his community, Brandon Barrientos-Cordova continues to break generational cycles and build a legacy of hope, strength, and opportunity.

Hey everyone, I’m Tabitha Rodriguez — newly appointed Vice President of Generational Opportunities (G.O.), a Woman-Empowered Strategist, founder of Goddess Nations, and founder of Thrive Tribe Photography. I’m deeply honored to serve on the G.O. board and to work alongside youth, families, and schools. I believe our children are the heartbeat of our future, and I’m passionate about reminding them that they matter, their voices matter, and their dreams are worth believing in. Through kindness, confidence, creativity, and encouragement, I strive to help young minds recognize their intelligence and their power to shape the world around them. As the founder of Goddess Nations, I am passionate about empowering women, young woman ,and a world of people to embrace their strength, purpose, confidence, and limitless potential. I believe that when a world of community can recognize their worth and lift one another, we create a ripple effect that reaches families, communities, and generations. Through Thrive Tribe Photography, I have the privilege of capturing the essence of life’s most meaningful moments and preserving the stories, beauty, strength, and connections that make us who we are. My heart is inspired by the strength and stories of women around the world, the imagination of our youth, and the creative leaders who are working to make our world more empowered, compassionate, and visionary. My mission is simple: to empower women, inspire youth, strengthen families, capture meaningful stories, and encourage every generation to believe in who they are and everything they can become. Guided by my faith and spirituality, I strive to lead with love, kindness, purpose, and God-given vision—trusting that when we walk in faith, use our gifts, and lift others along the way, we can create meaningful change and bring a brighter, more compassionate world into focus. With faith as my foundation and empowerment as my purpose, I believe our greatest impact is made when we help others discover the greatness within themselves. Together with G.O, we can bring a better world into focus as a community.

Raul Saenz
Director of Operations
Raul is a motivated individual who is passionate about helping the youth. He is spiritual seeker, a student of life, a born leader, and a man driven by faith. Born and raised in Colorado, Raul has lived all across the state and saw a pattern in his adolescence with the lack of mentorship within the youth. Seeking change in the community, in the world, and breaking generational cycles is what led him to becoming a part of the Generational Opportunities family. His personal life experiences showed him at a young age that the change and growth that we seek in the world starts within oneself and has since been motivated to become a walking example of the growth he wants to see in the world. Genesis Ashley Gomez
Operations Coordinator
Genesis Ashley Gomez is a TEDx speaker, 11-time bestselling author, founder of Reigning Resilient Queens, entrepreneur, and model. Her life’s work is helping people navigate life’s defining moments with courage, hope, and purpose.
A Colorado native raised in a military family, Genesis has built a career centered on guiding people through life’s biggest transitions. From helping families achieve homeownership and prepare for the future to inspiring audiences through speaking, writing, and community leadership, she believes every challenge can become the foundation for growth.
As the founder of Reigning Resilient Queens, Genesis has created a platform where people are empowered to share their stories, build meaningful connections, and transform adversity into purpose. Through speaking engagements, educational initiatives, outreach, and strategic partnerships, she continues expanding the movement while encouraging others to lead with authenticity and resilience.
Genesis has also earned recognition in the modeling and pageantry industries, including being crowned Ultimate Supermodel 2021. She uses those platforms to champion servant leadership, authentic confidence, and community impact.
Whether she’s speaking from a stage, mentoring others, building businesses, or leading community initiatives, Genesis believes resilience isn’t about avoiding hardship—it’s about choosing to rise through it.
Jeremiah J. Bustos
Media Facilitator
Jeremiah J. Bustos serves as the Media Facilitator for Generational Opportunities, using creativity, media, and communication to help share the organization’s mission and impact throughout the community.
A fully committed follower of Jesus Christ, Jeremiah believes that service is an important part of the Christian mission and that we are called to use our gifts to serve and uplift others. His values are rooted in faith, family, and community, which guide both his personal life and his work with Generational Opportunities.
Through media, music, community events, and service, Jeremiah is committed to helping G.O. create meaningful connections, amplify positive stories, and open doors of opportunity for the next generation.
